ok, it is solved for me also. my boot time is good now. i had a look inside of my pc and i found out that there is a little problem with the cable of the memory card reader. i fixed it, now my boot performance improved noticebly and also my memory card is working now. however, i think this case still should be defined as a "bug". people who have floppy option enabled in their bios settings when they have no floppy should not experience those kinds of delays.
