Public bug reported:

Like summary says sound garbles while scrolling in any application. Also
when the document viewer or video player is in full screen the sound
gets much worse in terms of garbling and whatnot. I have seen in forums
mentioned a few times about this problem maybe having something to do
with hardware sharing the same IRQs, but frankly I don't know enough
about it at all to try to resolve the issue on my own.
