The dialog is scanning for operating systems that it can import data
from, it is not actually importing anything at that point. Once it is
done loading, the user has the option of skipping it by not selecting
any of the items and continuing to the next page.
I am however, working on speeding up the detection process and reducing
the memory requirements for that page.
