Grub ist starting and selected menuentry will boot correctly.
The value of "GRUB_DEFAULT=saved" will not be written to "/boot/grub/grubenv".

Changes by = "grub-set-default 1" to grubenv inside a termianl will be
read out and used correctly.

Same grub 2 configuration using a normal partition (without RAID / LVM)
on an other computer works as expected.
