I have been having this problem too. Several times under beta1 and beta2
of Lucid. (which I love.)

I followed Barry's directions in #9 and it worked!

The only thing I would add for persons trying Barrys fix (comment #9) is
to manually change directories into the .config/ubuntuone to chown the
file.

Great quick fix until a patch is introduced.

Off Topic, I sent my first tweet because of Ubuntu Lucid. Even made some
comments on some negative lucid other tweets @p37307
