Sound appears to be fine until any video type is made to take up the
majority portion of the screen. The larger the area of the screen the
video takes up the more garbled the sound from the video becomes. Same
thing with any video player, and if I play music files in Totem then
there is still slight distortion if the video is made to be fullscreen,
but it is mainly bad with just playing video. Also it seems that lower
quality video does not cause the problem to the same degree that higher
quality video like 720 or 1080p video does; I don't know if that is
because they just tax the computer more or what, but it definitely gets
worse when you use video that taxes the CPU more. This has only gone on
for I want to say the last few days after doing the regular updates.
