In Ubuntu 10.04 the Software Center flickers and adjusts the scrolled
position repeatedly when installing or removing software.

When trying to file the bug through the "Help > Report a Problem..."
option in the Software Center I received this message: "The problem
cannot be reported: This is not a genuine Ubuntu package"
