This problem is likely due to a corrupted package list. Could you please open a
terminal and run the following command:
sudo rm
/var/lib/apt/lists/au.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_jaunty-updates_restricted_binary-amd64_Packages
sudo apt-get update
and try performing the upgrade again. This will likely fix your issue.
