Guys, if you add this modules:

libata
pata_jmicron
ata_piix
ahci
ata_generic

to the /etc/initramfs-tools/modules file

Problem is solved! :)

It doesn't matter the /etc/fstab or the /boot/grub/menu.lst files... and
the new UUID.

*** Ubuntu devs should build those into kernel, not as modules. ***

-------------
I have the 2.6.20-11-generic kernel and I've upgraded from Edgy
(2.6.17-11-generic)

My system is: Giga-byte G965-S3 / Intel Core 2 Duo 4300 / JMicron AHCI
Controller enabled.
--------------

P.S.: the system runs faster the Edgy, the applications starts faster
