1) The window with the code is very small and not adjustable
Not seen, but then again, the plugin mentioned earlier is not available
anymore (and/or not installed by default if it is renamed).
2) The right drop-down menu above the code window is too wide for my
screen (I can not resize it)
Still try (if you resize the window to something smaller you can see for
yourself). Currently my new computer has a wider screen so at startup it
is already fine, but when I decrease the width it becomes a problem.
3) Before I moved the icons in the menu bar they were also off my screen
(too wide).
Probably more of a windows manager problem, right. But again, if you
decrease the width of the window you see the problem.
