Business Justification:
Dell will ship without this bug being fixed for 10.04. They have
prepared many templates in different languages with the goal of having recovery
solution in every language they ship. Though will ship 10.04 with english only.
By slipping 10.04. Expectation is that this will be resolved
in 10.10. So remains a priority.
