To answer your question, you're encouraged to submit patches that will
help the audio stack to handle failures in a more robust way. I don't
see these errors often, and if this was just a one-time event it's a
little difficult to nail the problem down (e g I don't know if
PulseAudio crashed and if so I don't know where it crashed, etc). I'm
marking this as invalid for now but please change the status back if you
find a way to reproduce the error or if it happens often.
