Hi Chris, I don't think I have anything installed. I am talking of a fresh install of Ubuntu Lucid Beta 2 on a dell xps studio 1640 laptop. I don't understand how two other operating systems viz ubuntu 9.10 and windows 7 give more than two hours backup and ubuntu 10.04 just gives 1 hour 5 mins? There must be some explanation.
