Can you provide a legal torrent to test it with or check if you can
reproduce it with torrent from http://torrent.ubuntu.com:6969/ ? The
upstream ticket is about a specific hardware and I haven't encountered
the problem when I couldn't download anything.
Also, in the future please use Report a Problem from application's help
menu (or ubuntu-bug <package>) in order to get some more data attached
to the post.
