Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: xfce4-panel
When I push the Quit button of the panel, it offers me to restart the
computer or to shut it down.
But when I select "Restart", the X server starts anew and I get the
initial menu of the X display manager, from where I have to choose
"Restart" a second time.
The same holds for the shutdown action.
