Hi Leocarlos. It seems that I misunderstood exactly what you were
referring to. Thank you for adding a more detailed explanation & an
example outlining what you are trying to achieve. Adding a feature to
sync symlinks has already been reported and is a duplicate of bug
406930, so it is being marked as such.

The Ubuntu One team have added a new feature to Ubuntu One file sharing
in Lucid (10.04) which is called "user defined folders", or UDF for
short. This allows you to select any folder in your home directory and
sync it with Ubuntu One. You can read more information regarding UDF
syncing here: https://blueprints.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+spec/lucid-
ubuntu-one-symlinks-and-udfs

Note that while technically it is very easy to sync the symlinks (not
follow them, just sync the symlinks), it causes a backwards
compatibility problem so they are not currently adding symlink support
by default. It is hoped that the UDF support will provide the
flexibility that people need.

Please look at the other bug report to see if there is any missing
information that you can provide, or to see if there is a workaround for
the bug. Additionally, any further discussion regarding the bug should
occur in the other report. Please continue to report any other bugs you
may find.
