FYI. I had a CD with Breezy (5.10) on it, and installed it. Didn't have any problems with updating it, so I tried upgrading it to Dapper Drake. I just checked it today, and I am now on Drapper Drake, and am able to access the archives via apt.
I guess whatever my problem was resided on the build in the distributed ISO's. I would be more than happy to share any configurations on my current build if you need to see/research them. Just let me know what you need.
