This bug is older, however the other bug has official comment from
Canonical discussing their progress towards a fix for this issue. Thus
I believe that bug to be more complete, hence marking this as a
duplicate of that bug. They have also confirmed this to be a server-
side issue, so any bugs against Ubuntu One Client would be invalid.
