You probably started a KDE application using sudo before that, maybe a
small one? maybe a GNOME application even, since a messed up
ICEAuthority can cause any number of isses. To prevent permissoins from
getting messed up, please start graphical applications only with gksudo
or kdesudo, but never with sudo.
