This bug was fixed on March 30, before the release of Lucid Beta 2. I
think you need to update your system to the current packages.

does not terminate at computer shutdown // i was not trying to shutdown i was
emptying the trash can of deleted items this plymouthed crashes 3 or 4 times a
day whatever process im doing i dont know if others are having the same
problem at the end of the day its beta 1 but there is not that long until
release date about 2 weeks im hoping that i am helping you by reporting these
minor discrepencies
