you are misinformed.
The GetDeb's package in cause is prior to Ubuntu Lucid's one, it used
libaudgui1 following the rules of the Debian/Ubuntu package that was
available at that time.
The conflict came from the fact that the new Debian/Ubuntu package
structure was changed.

package libaudcore1 2.2-1~getdeb1 failed to install/upgrade: trying to
overwrite '/usr/lib/libaudgui.so.1.0.0', which is also in package libaudgui1
0:2.2-1~getdeb1
