As I reported in Bug #140035, I am having the same issue:
OS: Ubuntu 9.10 x64.
16 April 2010, and I have got a similar/the same bug.
After closing an opened project in Anjuta, when I try to reopen a
project, Anjuta gets crashed, giving to terminal the output:
