** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: k9copy
-
- When I go to configure k9copy to use a different temporary directory,
- click Apply and then OK, it still tries to use /tmp/kde-username/k9copy
- as the temporary directory. I've tried over and over of setting it to a
- different directory, which gets accepted without a problem, but k9copy
- doesn't seem to accept the change (it's lost if I go back to the
- preferences menu).

  1) Ubuntu 9.10
  2) k9copy:
- Installed: 2.3.3-0ubuntu1
- Candidate: 2.3.3-0ubuntu1
- Version table:
- *** 2.3.3-0ubuntu1 0
- 500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com karmic/multiverse Packages
- 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
+   Installed: 2.3.3-0ubuntu1
+   Candidate: 2.3.3-0ubuntu1
+   Version table:
+  *** 2.3.3-0ubuntu1 0
+         500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com karmic/multiverse Packages
+         100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
+
+ To reproduce: I click on "Configure k9copy" and select the "DVD" icon.
+ I change the "Output directory" to something other than /tmp/kde-
+ username/k9copy. I click Apply and then OK. I click "Configure k9copy"
+ and see that the "Output Directory" is again back to /tmp/kde-
+ username/k9copy. This happens no matter how often I do this.
+
+ I did realize that I can go down to the "Paths" icon, set the DVD output
+ there, and that saves properly, and even updates the DVD icon's "Output
+ Directory". So when the change is made at the DVD section, it does not
+ get saved. When the change is made in the Paths section, it gets
+ properly saved.
