Affects mee too. I like to have both - upper and bottom panel FULLY
transparent. This is ugly. All dark themes should aloow FULL panel
transparency. Its worse than brown. That's why dark themes should never
be in the main distro, in the first place. Remove the NON-TRANSPARENCY
OF PANELS!!
