Koolet, this problem seems to be with update-manager rather than
checkbox. Please report a bug against the update-manager project and
make sure to specify the steps to reproduce the problem which would
include the version of Ubuntu and update-manager you happen to be
running. So, I'm marking this bug reported against checkbox as invalid.
