Public bug reported:
When I turn on my laptop (HP DV6803tu) special addition my mute indicator light
continues to turn itself on and off unless I have something with actual audio
output. What I end up doing is logging on to youtube and leaving a video on
pause. This fixes the problem but it's a little annoying having to do this all
the time.
Originally when I had a smart link modem driver enabled my laptop's mute button
would not turn off at all but as soon as I disabled this driver I was able once
again to hear sound.
