The referenced build log does not exist any more, and libfile-find-rule-
perl neither build nor binary depends on libperl-critic-perl , and
libperl-critic-perl  actually wants to go back to universe (which I did
now).

The current build of libfile-find-rule-perl [1] rather failed on

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  libtest-differences-perl: Depends: libtext-diff-perl but it is not going to 
be installed

The reason for this is the missing libalgorithm-diff-perl.
