* Add XS-Vcs-Bzr field to debian/control.
* scripts/casper-bottom/25configure_init: Support for "respawn COMMAND"
has been dropped from upstart jobs; cope with /etc/event.d/tty* using
"respawn" plus "exec COMMAND" now instead (LP: #92928).
