As this fails to work properly on either nouveau or nvidia there's no
easy place to pick a fix from. It might be handy to know what the
manufacturer's specifications on this monitor are; that might make it
possible to spot where the modeline is wrong and provide a fixed one.
I can hunt around for that information, but it'll be a while before I
get to it. If you could hunt down the spec sheet that would be useful.
Otherwise you could possibly try fiddling with modelines generated by
the “cvt” tool.
