Thinking about it some more, an explicit POTFILES.in.in is unnecessary
and also unintuitive since we'd need the extra hack of a temporary .py
symlink. We already have gtk/apport-gtk in apport's setup.py, so
DistUtilsExtra.auto should just respect that.
