That seems like a disappointing resolution to this bug.  What is the
feasibility of the following possible solutions:

1) enable --with-mp4v2 in debian/rules even though libmp4v2-0 won't be
installed on an install with only main.  Would trying to tag mp4 files
cause a crash or just not work correctly (already the case)

2) create an amarok-full (or similar name) package in
universe/multiverse that _is_ compiled with all the license-restricted
plugins that aren't included in the main repo's compilation of Amarok.
amarok-full could then be installed over amarok and still have added
functionality with all those plugins.

Hopefully we can work around these license issues with the availability
of the universe/multiverse repos, created for just such problems!
