Messages like that are the status of the bug, I changed it to incomplete when I
ask the bug reporter to do something. It makes it easier for many people to
keep track of many bugs. I'm also changing the bug to invalid because it was a
configuration issue (but if it recurs it could be a bug and please reopen).
