I reported the problem that comment 13 is about. The problem I'm seeing is not a duplicate of this bug. If I replace /usr/share/hal/fdi/policy/20thirdparty/10-linuxwacom.fdi with the file attached to this bug, the change has no effect. I figured that this is because the change to the config file was made for serial devices only and I have a USB tablet. I moved the line <merge key="input.x11_options.Button2" type="string">3</merge> to the earlier group that isn't restricted to serial devices. This had the effect of mapping the lower button on my Graphire2 stylus to the right mouse button.
However, using "DBLCLICK 0" instead of "3" had no effect at all. It didn't even degenerate to left single click. The button stayed as the middle mouse button. The problem I'm seeing goes away if I use metacity instead of compiz. -- Tablet stylus right-click not recognized https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/446943 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
