Hi, I have just tested Lucid Beta2 (for amd64) on my same note PC. Here is current status.
-------------------------------- (1) 'Hibernate' entry disappeared from menu. I don't know this is intended workaround or not. (2) Calling 'sudo pm-hibernate' doesn't correctly sleep. When I call that, system immediately waked up. -------------------------------- If these changes are intended workaround, I will change status of this issue to 'Fix Released'. Can anyone tell me? Note: On this machine, 'suspend' is not enough usable. After wakeup from 'suspend', this machine has following problems: (3) Internal (wired) LAN became unusable. (NetworkManager reports eth0 is up, but ping to external ip is unreachable) (4) LCD Brightness down.
