Unfortunately, the "thunderbird" command is actually a symlink to a shell script, which actually invokes the binary file: ## This script is meant to run the mozilla-bin binary from either ## mozilla/xpfe/bootstrap or mozilla/dist/bin. ## ## *The script will setup all the environment voodoo needed to make* ## *the mozilla-bin binary to work.* Therefore I don't know how to to the job in the correct way. Please, let me have further instructions. However, after the sudden crash on April 19th, "thunderbird" worked fine and without problems for 3 days.
