I figured out that screem has been removed from Lucid for the following reasons:
RoQA; inactive maintainer, dead upstream, buggy, depends on deprecated libraries (taken from https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/screem/0.16.1-4.2ubuntu1/+publishinghistory Therefore I'm closing this bug.
