i was very happy to find that my touchpad detected as ALPS touchpad, that didn't check it functionality. Yesterday i tried the Ubuntu RC 10.04 and checked some settings from mouse properties screen. While the touchpad detected properly, no any settings from Mouse properties->touchpad tab is not take effect: 1. Disable while typing, 2. Edge scrolling (vertical and horizontal).
