I do not agree with that. systemsettings leaves the normal behavior of
programs. Every program in my graphical menu (kmenu) that I can think of
has an integrated menu item to be able to be closed through the menu.
Except systemsettings. But systemsettings is one of the most basic
programs that need to be handled by any user and also by beginners.
I will have to look why I do not have the button on the top right corner
that you can see, Thomas. Thanks for your eyes.
I will reopen the bug now as the problem is still existing:
1) systemsettings does not use the standard of KDE programs
2) If there is no border around the programs systemsettings is not able to be
closed through the gui.
