Hi Gotardo. I'm sorry to hear that didn't resolve your issue. Can you please follow the steps outlined at https://answers.edge.launchpad.net /ubuntuone-client/+faq/836 to upgrade to the PPA version. The version in this PPA is a lot newer than the version in Karmic.
Please note that this version no longer has the ubuntu one applet in the top panel.
