Binary package hint: kaffeine
"Report bug" doesn't respond. Nothing happens when one selects the menu item,
not even after a long wait (10+ minutes).
Release is Ubuntu 9.10.
Similar to bug #493416, except the
1. locale is en_US.UTF-8.
2. the lady bug icon shows.
