I tried to reproduce this and it only occurs if you choose to NOT
install grub2 anywhere. That is, while grub-pc is installed, grub2 is
not "installed" to any mbr or partition.

The situation resolves itself and I'd think muti-booters would be aware
of what's actually happening so I'm marking this invalid.
