Thank you for detailing the procedure I needed to follow to make the
report more meaningful.  I attach a zip of my .cache/ubuntuone/log
directory.  As per the directions, I made a new log directory.  I
deleted two files I had uploaded via the web browser and moved them into
the UbuntuOne directory.  The appear online as "uploading".  I look
forward to help towards a solution.
