apport information

** Description changed:

On a Lenovo S10-2 netbook, I have installed Kubuntu 9.10, and have
upgraded the kernel to 2.6.31-17. The system can do
suspension/hibernation when the lid is closed, or through the Powerdevil
applet of KDE, but not through the Fn+F1 (on which a "moon" icon meaning
  "sleep" is present) hotkey combination.

- What is even worse is that, these a few days even suspending/hibernating
- through closing the lid or the soft button of Powerdevil applet is not
- working either, but I guess this belongs to a separate bug. I'm not sure
- which is more radical, only hoping that someone could help me debugging
- these situations. I'll post all the logs and information as required. If
- anyone find that this bug should be classified under a more specific
- package, please just move this as proper. Thanks in advance!
