Thanks for reporting this bug.
However, gnome-pilot is in universe and thus not translatable in Ubuntu.
I would recommend you to get in touch with the GNOME Spanish translators
to get it translated upstream and let those translations flow to Ubuntu
when a new package containing them is released.
