Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-nettool
I was deleting some of the wireless connections not being used using the
NetworkManager Applet 0.7.0.100. And wireless connection suddenly closed and I
could not enable wireless again. Even when I rebooted the computer, I could not
enable wireless anymore. I am forced to use the wire to connect to internet.
And If I try to make a new connection for the wireless, using WEP key, etc.. I
am not able to apply it at all. Using terminal, If I use IFUP/DOWN I get error
message that IFSTATE permission denied.
I would like to get the wireless back up. What do I do?
Thanks in advance for all your help.
