So tsched=0 improved the situation, but did not really eliminate it? Speech-dispatcher is something text-to-speech related, sometimes used by visually impaired users to play back text. Are you running it on purpose and do you know what is triggering it? Perhaps Luke can fill in a bit on this issue.
