Sorry, Kees. Until they get things squared away upstream, I'm going to
just leave this out. It's not even reimplemented in current linux-2.6,
so there must still be reservations about it. We don't have any elf
loader experts handy to comment, and it's late in the release cycle to
mess around too much.
We do have random stacks, so that should be worth something. I pulled in
a patch that fixes random stacks with page sizes >= 64k (not likely to
be hit, but needed anyway).
