Thanks for your bug report, but this is not a forum, please file separate
reports for each issue, otherwise we can't work on them: one against xfdesktop4
for your RTL issues on the desktop, one against xfce4-panel for your "items
don't show up immediately" bug, another against xfce4-panel for the move
function that doesn't work, and another again against xfce4-panel for your
issue with open windows not appearing on the bottom panel.
