They really are there; I checked the image you quoted on the server just
to be sure. Looks like your download went wrong.
md5sum.txt is generated right near the end of CD image generation,
*after* putting all the files on the disk - there's basically no
possibility that files could be in md5sum.txt and yet be "overlooked"
from the image itself. It's much more likely that your download failed
somewhere.
