SRU for Lucid prepared and uploaded to the -proposed queue, waiting for
approval.
The fix makes all files mentioned in this bug report rendering correctly
and probably also fixes many other reported Ghostscript crash problems
(please mark other bugs as duplicate of this one if the proposed SRU
fixes them).
